So far all I've been writing about it random things. I think I should make it easier on myself and not use this as a form of diary, but rather a tagged journal that I (or you) can check back at if you need to find some useful information that you wouldn't normally find elsewhere.
Let's hope this works out.
Now a little backround at my life so far
I'm 21 and attending the junior college full time, plus I have my little girl who is going to be turning 18 months next month. My husband and I are both the same age, and let's face it... we're 21 and are trying to grow up, but you can't just become a responsible adult in a day. The only people who seem to have a lot of wisdom and are proud to show it are seniors. And even then...they don't always seem to know what really is best.
As you've already come to realize we are $$$$$ and I mean if WE REALLY wanted to, we could both go to full time taco bell jobs making more $$$ and live a much more materialistic life. But in reality it would be bad for our child, because with the more $$$ we'd be making

- $$$Gas
School- $$$Part-Full time daycare
- New vs thrift
- thrift stores probably closed by the time I get off work
- less time to "browse"
- making new a quicker option
- Less family time
- Less time with daughter
- Less home cooked meals
- $$$Eating out
- $$eating out on lunch break at work
I can probably thing of more, but basically you get the idea.
This blog will be for those who don't necessarily want to be frugal, but just want to catch a break sometime.
